Mission

Our mission is to provide all kids with a chance to play baseball, while giving families a chance to watch their kids participate in a sport with other kids in a fun, safe environment.

Overview

Champions Division is a no-cost baseball program for kids from 5-21 years old who have special needs. The program pairs players with volunteer "buddies" to encourage first time players or allow returning players to continue to learn and grow as baseball players, all while having fun and getting exercise.

There is no cost for participation and all players and volunteers receive uniform jerseys/shirts and hats at no charge. To register a player, click Play. To volunteer as a buddy, teen lead, coach, or parent liaison, click Volunteer.

Schedule

There are three game times for players of varying abilities with our youngest players playing at 3pm, intermediate players at 4pm, and advanced players (Step-Up Division) practicing at 4pm followed by a 5pm game time.

Each game is one hour in duration and consists of fun drills and game play designed to encourage active participation. Games are held weekly on Saturdays at Stagecoach Park in Carlsbad (Fields 2 & 3, turf fields). The season begins on March 16, 2024 (which will be our Opening Day) and concludes on May 18, 2024.
